Class Description

The cost is £95 for two sessions, each approximately one hour in duration. Based on your preferences, both the first and second sessions can be conducted at a location agreed upon by both parties, which may include your home or an outdoor setting. You will book the date of your first session when you book online. The date of your second session will be agreed during your first meeting with your Trainer.
